Horrible customer service and communication. Prior to arriving I called and asked pricing for an hour. I was told $60. I arrived and was greeted, I paid the $60 for an hour and was shown to my room. The massage started and then after about 5 minutes the masseuse left out for another customer and came back 5 minutes later to tell me to wait 5 minutes and I would receive a 4 hand massage for the same price for the inconvenience. Well, about 10 minutes later another masseuse walks in and proceeds with the massage. Needless to say that 3nd masseuse i was promised never came. So much for the 4 hands. Then to top it off she stopped and told me I was all done after 25 minutes. I said I paid for an hour and she told me half hour for $60. I had to go back and forth and the person who I paid (who left for another customer) must have overheard the conversation and told the woman to give me $20 back. Horrible service I will never come back and its a shame because the massage was actually good, but I want to go where my business is appreciated and where the staff is honest and upfront. Stay away!
