Minus 10 stars.How hard is to do your job?!Left 1000 voice messages in the past few week-nothing!I used their service 5 years ago and i was happy with the results (do not want to mention their price list)Now because of the pandemic i am not able to have my lips done with my doctor, tried to call them and it seems like they are closed or going out of business or what?! Last time i call for price check ,1year ago,the girl just cut me off!No next time!Shame on you!I don’t need you ,there are thousands like you, you need me to feed you.

This is my third experience with Venus mini med spa. I always get a syringe of filler in my lips. I have seen 3 separate women for these fillers. Today, I had the privilege of working with Isabella.nnI was a little nervous initially, as I hadn’t seen any of her work and knew she was newer to this location. She answered all of my questions (I ask a LOT), was extremely polite, and professional.nnShe mentioned to me that she works a little bit slower, and I was 100% ok with this. Her taking her time made my third experience having lip filler (versa, to be exact), my most pain-free one yet! She has an extremely gentle touch and made a point to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. She also did an excellent job ensuring I received the results I was looking for.nnI have read some other views stating that everyone was “rude”. The front desk staff did not come off as rude to me at all, they made it a point to maintain social distancing and that proper forms were filled out. While they could have been a little bit more warm, they were not rude in the slightest. I thoroughly appreciated that they made my experience a safe one!nnMy only reasoning for leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’ve noticed pricing has gone up slightly over the years. Isabella is definitely worth it though! I would recommend her for anyone looking for a fresh, plump, and natural pout! Will definitely be back!

I’ve had my lips done here probably 8 times and they’ve always come out great!

Based on the reviews, I was afraid to visit, Venus Med Spa. I had an amazing experience. The receptionist was friendly. Arlyn who did my procedure was informative and friendly. She answered all of my questions and she made me feel comfortable. She did an awesome job. I am going back on 8/10/19 to get more procedures. I dealt with Arlyn, so I am happy to recommend her.

I got my lips done here a week ago and I am very happy with my results. I definitely didn’t experience a rude staff. They were super nice and understanding when I left my credit card at home and was having a mini panic attack/crying about it. Luckily they took a card over the phone and did a great job of calming me down before the procedure. The injector was super informative and friendly too. She explained the entire procedure and was prompt and precise. I’ll definitely be returning in a couple weeks for more filler(personal preference)
