I LOVE this place! Beth is absolutely amazing, and incredibly knowledgeable. Today was my first time ever having anything done (chemical peel) so my anxiety naturally was through the roof. Beth really took her time explaining everything and calming my nerves. I am forever a loyal client. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Mind and Body Care!

I got a microdermabrasion treatment and got a very personal experience with Lori. I felt safe and she was wonderful to talk to! My skin feels fantastic. I walked inside my home and my boyfriend greeted me by telling me my skin was glowing. Thanks Lori! ud83dudc9bud83eudd70

I have suffered with Bacne for as long as I can remember. After receiving their back facial with microdermabrasion, I can finally say I have a clear back! Lori recommended some great benzoyl peroxide washes for me, and my scarring almost completely gone! On top of this, she is so sweet and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I can't wait to have more treatments at this spa!
