Have purchased pool supplies for years from them, also used them for opening and closing pool. The liner we have now was purchased from them. When called to ask if they could pull liner up where it has come off track they said they were too busy. (It first started coming off the year we bought it.) Guess I'm too busy to buy my pool chemicals there anymore.
When calling around to find who the best company in our area was to install in-ground pools, multiple different sources direct us to Jo-Co. The owner, Joe, did the initial in-home visit with us to provide us information and give us options. Joe was on site for the installation. He and all of the employees were great during the install. We have since use them for the purchase of chemicals and service. All thumbs up, zero complaints.
You need a POOL, well this place has the best, Call them, they will do an amazing job!

We had JoCo come out and redo our liner a couple of years ago and when we asked if we needed to repair the cracks in the pool, they told us no, not to worry about them. Our liner floated multiple times and when I would call and talk to them they would tell me it was because of the high water table. Because of the floating we had holes in this liner $6,000 we spent for this liner and to have them put it in, and it didn't last two years! I went with another company to fix the pool. They fixed the cracks and installed a sump pump, put in new steps and a new liner all for $3600 and it hasn't floated, even with all the rain we have had. These guys are over priced and do not stand behind their product, I received a bill for fixing the holes a year later!
