Wow - I did the signature massage with Anne and LOVED it! A luxury massage complete with essential oils, how towels, a super comfy bed, a gorgeous studio space, and singing bowls. Cannot recommend Healing Traditions enough, and know I’ll be back soon!
Ann is an excellent instructor. I was very new to yoga This year and Hr instruction is easy to understand and builds the class UP! True growth. She also begins class with philosophy that is simple and easily incorporated to my lifestyle.nnHer place is WONDERFUL and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.
Anne is an intuitive teacher who strives for a practice that meets the needs of the participants.
