Found what I needed that other stores locally didn't have.
I went there and the staff were friendly but as the pandemic continues employees must wear masks And I noticed the younger the employee the more likely they were to wear a mask. The older the employee the more likely they were to not wear one or not wear it correctly, This I can't understand because The older you get the more likely you are to succumb to the disease and for some reason all the employees here above 50 must have forgot because all of them either had the mask around their chin or not covering the nose. I just found this to be entertaining otherwise everything else is cool here.
Biggest issue(s) I find are the following ,nn1) Pricing labels are all to often very small to read.nn2) Pricing for both the merchandise and in-store labeling are hardly ever in correct allotted area(s).nnMaybe color code each label(s) to match per each item !!! Just a thought !!nnThank you
After traveling the lands in search of a flower pot we finally found one at the House of Lowes. They are lovely pots for out noble plants, and we discovered a vast forest of luscious flowers. Big ones, small ones, round ones, tall ones! Needless to say we had to buy a few more pots than originally estimated.. love this Lowes!!!
This review pertains to deliveries only. I've had occasion to have items from this store delivered on three occasions in the last year. The logistics for all these deliveries have been screwed up, whether it be building materials, a zero-turn mower, or fencing material that they were to install. They've never hit the requested delivery date. If you call the store, they have no idea what's going on, the contractors doing the delivery have the wrong dates, or the wrong contact info. I just had a truck arrive with a bunch of building materials. I walked out to my driveway to see some of the stuff already unloaded. He said he's been trying to contact me without success, so the store just told him to deliver it. Turns out they store gave him the wrong phone number! Had to send all the stuff back to the store. Do better Lowe's!
