This shop is great. Really good service and very helpful. They don’t just carry one big brand and try and push it on everyone like most bike stores. This shop has a wide variety of different style bikes including e-bikes, touring bikes, and mountain. They offer lots of bike gear most shops do not.

Go to the bike co-OP instead. Here's why: I drove to this place 'Two wheel drive' from the north valley because I like to support small businesses, especially during this time. I bought a multitool because I needed something to take a pin out of my son's bike chain in order to replace his derailleur. I took the pin out and after an hour of trying to get it back in, I realized it wont go back in. I called them and told them this and they said "oh those dont go back in" I asked them if they sold replacement pin and they said yes they are $4. I get there and I explained what happened. They said they have the replacement pins for $6. Out of principle, I walked out of that place without buying it. I call the bike co-OP and the guy said they don't have it either but they man working there took my chain and started to work on it and 10 minutes later he handed it back with the pin ready to slide back in to the rest of the link. My son was so happy. I asked how much and he said "No Charge" Please don' take this the wrong way. I'm not saying this for you all to go there and try to get freebies. I'm taking the time to write this because that was going above and beyond. That was REAL customer service. I was truly wowed. My son and I are planning on going back and buying this guy lunch. That shop is lucky to have him. I am the type of customer that will pay more for customer service like this. It is i.portant to me. I will be a customer for life because of this. Business owners need to recognize the value of this type of treatment. It goes a long way and creates longterm customers.
