Xcellent Movers LLC

I had a company scheduled to move all belongings from my apartment in Westchester to my new apartment in NYC. The day of the move, that company unfortunately cancelled and I was left in a very difficult situation considering I had only that day (Saturday) or the following day (Sunday) to move everything. I contacted Xcellent movers immediately (roughly 2pm) because I had spoken to Xavier previously in searching for moving companies and was very happy with his professionalism and politeness. He not only was able to find three gentlemen to do the job for me the next day starting at 10:30am (less than 20 hours notice mind you) but I requested they come even earlier if possible given my moving situation. They called me the next morning letting me know they could start at 9:30am and moved a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment to a new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom in the scope of 5 hours. The gentlemen that did the move had a great attitude and made what could have been a dreadful moving experience a great one. Xcellent movers saved my move weekend - great work, great attitude, great price.

The service I was provided was outstanding and beyond my expectations.The movers were on time and very easy to work with , you can tell they specialized In great customer service. They handled all my possessions with the upmost care and had all the proper equipment to expedite everything in a timely manner. I highly recommend this moving company , there professionalism is superb , I will definitely use them for my next move

Professional from beginning to end, great communication, showed up 15 mins early. Packed a 1 bedroom in a 10ft truck in 90 mins. Very respectful and easy to work with - both elevators were broke at our storage unit and although I was disappointed that we would have to use the stairs, Xavier and Terrence had no reaction and were just ready to go!! I found that to be very accommodating and professional. They made this look too easy. Book with them!

Xavier was great, arrived early and moved everything up two flights of stairs without hitting any walls or damaging any of the furniture he moved. Highly recommend and will use him on any future moves!
