This business is one I most definitely want visit again!!! My appointment was at 3:30 for a couples massage. I get there and the receptionist say oh you’re early and the masseuse late. So I said ok that’s fine I’ll wait not knowing I would be waiting 30 minutes. I get to the back the masseuse was nice but the massage was no where near worth the price basically it was something my 10 yr old could do. I’m thinking since I waited so long it would at least be discounted but no and the masseuse only watched the time the entire massage. So once I get to the front to pay the receptionist takes the payment. Once I waited in my boyfriend to come from the rest room the receptionist ask would you like to give a tip I said no I didn’t have cash. She say you can use your card but I realized I had 2 dollar bills I remind you they didn’t deserve that nor the 120 I paid for the massage. Then she yell out only 2 dollars for 2 ppl a dollar a piece. First off a tip is voluntary this woman basically pressure customer to give more money which is unprofessional so my boyfriend reached in his pocket in gave more. But I recommend no one go here the worst!!!! I would NEVER!!!!!

My boyfriend and I visited this facility last night as apart of our date night. Massage was great except for the hot coal on my back. When we’re done headed to pay, I noticed the masseuse I had made it her business to leave the customer she was with to watch me pay with the masseuse my bf had. Little did I know she was standing there to see what I was going to tip. When the lady seen 10.00 she acted as if it was poor choice I made and was very unappreciative of that. Very rude. Needless to say, we won’t be back

During my massage I informed the masseuse that the pressure was very intense. With disregard the masseuse continued to use intense pressure in my lower back area manipulating my spine area. Upon leaving the appointment I had to go to the doctor due to intense pain where I was informed my disc in my back had been aggravated. I contacted Pearl Massage to inform them of this situation and the front desk worker insisted that I was lying about the entire incident.
