Soft touch ! If you have ever had painful rough massages this is different. She spends time getting to know your body and focus on how to help your body restore itself. She has years of experience, highly recommended I went once for a lymphatic massage.

I honestly do not believe I would be playing Roller Derby without the amazing Sandi at Exhale. I had convinced myself I had a tear in my deltoid to the point I went and bought a brace, and scheduled a 30 minute session to try to help reduce some inflammation. I stumbled across pain management 3 years ago when my shin splints as a freshie in the sport were so severe I didn't think I could skate, and have been doing it ever since. Not only has this amazing woman cured my shin splints, but I woke up COMPLETELY PAIN FREE in my shoulder for the first time in 3 weeks.
