After having our USPS appointment cancelled an hour prior to said appointment this was our only option. We grabbed our photo from our local CVS and headed downtown. Street parking was readily available and due to construction the main entrance has been moved to the south side of the building. You cannot take any electronics into the building to include any smart watches, Fitbits, phones, etc. There was no appointment required and we walked in right up to the window and about 20 minutes later were walking out. All staff were friendly, professional and fast. I would recommend going here rather than any post office to get your passport applications accepted.

My family had such a great experience here on 3/30/18. After getting the runaround from the only two post offices in Montgomery that do passports, we were directed here. The customer service was great and we walked right in and was greeted immediately. They even looked over the passport paperwork that we were going to mail in to make sure it was correct and that we had everything we needed in addition to completing our kids passport paperwork.
