My nails went worth the money at first but I went back and told them they had lines in them and felt I didn’t get my money worth and they redone my nails. For FREE!! Highly recommend!! 10/10!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is terrible!!! You ask for something, and everyone that works there asks Cece for advice who doesn’t know anything either. I came in for a fill-in & I wanted the exact same set I got previously from another nail salon. I was absolutely unsatisfied with Cece’s unprofessional suggestions and the job she had done to my nails. If they don’t know how to do a specific service, they need to just say that; not mess up your nails and grow angry and rude when it’s not what you asked for. And certainly not talking about a customer in third person to another customer. Absolutely unacceptable and poor customer service at this nail salon. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

Only reason for giving 2 stars is because the massage was nice, but the next day I noticed my toe was very sore. I didn’t think anything of it until after 2 days of having a pedicure my big toe became infected. It’s now been 5 days since hugging my pedicure and it hurts to walk because of my toe being infected. I’m not sure if the tools were not clean or what. When I called my doctor they sent me some amoxicillin to take for infection just in case. Very scary since it could have turned worse if I wouldn’t have called the doctor.

There was an older lady that did my feet. My daughter and I went at the same time. The lady working on her seemed pleasant. The older lady almost punctured my skin and her gloves as she rushed to finish. She ended up having to use nail polish remover after completing the lotion process, which tell you how she rush and the quality I received. She didn’t speak once and was less than cordial. I felt like my being here was an inconvenience for her. I won’t completely write them off because that is not how I am, but if I were to return I would definitely avoid her.

I love the staff at T nails. They are so friendly and they will have you right everytime. Just got an overlay over my real nails and Mrs. Jennifer did an excellent job. Go give her Mrs. Cici or Mr. Howard a visit. You will be glad you did.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
