We went in for a Couple's massage. I should have known when we had to pay up front that the service would not be that great. No visible sanitizer. I had to ask the masseuse to sanitize her hands upon returning to the room. Massage was not firm even after I asked for firm. The two ladies kept talking to each other which made the massage not relaxing. Stopped to take phone calls...just know that I would not return, even for a free massage, and definitely would not recommend.

I went to this massage parlor yesterday, and I had an awesome experience. The customer service and professionalism were excellent. The masseuse made sure to take care of my needs, make me feel comfortable, and conversated with me during my visit. She repeatedly asked if the pressure she was using was satisfactory. If I don't go back again this week, I'll be there next week!!!
