Brought my 3 year old daughter in to get her nails done with me. She got gel polish and I got a full set with gel polish . Before going in I called and asked for prices . I was told $6 for my daughter and $35 for me. After receiving our services I asked the man how much my ticket was ... he said $60. I politely asked for clarity before paying. (Because I just wanted to know why it was $60). He began to get ugly and with an attitude told me “YOU GOT GEL , AND SHE GOT GEL. NO REGULAR POLISH. YOU PAY $15 FOR HER AND $45 FOR YOU” . I’m not rich , far from it ... but the $60 wasn’t the issue . I had an issue with him getting loud and rude with me to where the entire shop could hear him. I also have an issue with the fact that every time I come in I get the same thing but the price is always different (more than previous time). The crazy part is , the owner was working right next to us and didn’t say anything to him . I have been coming here since they opened when I was in high school (5 years ago) ... I will NEVER step foot in here again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! & the prices on the wall don’t matter . They make their own in their head. Also, the nail shaping for my full sets are lopsided and not even .

The service is nice and fast. However I asked if they could do specific designs for me and my daughter before we sat down to be serviced. They said the could but after they got the acrylics on, they either didn't want to or just couldn't. I asked for the galaxy nails and my daughter the Billie Elisha nails but the photos represent what we got. While they are beautiful, it's not what we asked for and they should have been honest and said that they couldn't deliver.

I went in and got in super quick which was nice. Staff is nice. I got acrylic nails done and they didn’t do that good of a job. the nails were shaped poorly, very thick, and one of them fell off only a week later. They didn’t even clean up my cuticles or do anything like that. Not very happy overall with the job done. I won’t be returning.

Lysol and 409 bottles everywhere, very clean place! I actually went here immediately after I got my nails done at another local nail place that didn’t give me what I wanted. I came to Lee Spa Nails and they completely re-did my nails. The older lady was so nice about it, I felt kinda bad that I came to them with another salons mess up. She was very gentle with my fingers, not rough at all! They weren’t pushy like some salons are, which I hate. Also, very reasonable prices. I had a great experience and will definitely be back!!
