My husband and I had a great experience in the Natick store. Brittany was wonderful and didn't put a lot of pressure on us to buy. It was nice to not be rushed into it .. hopefully it's our last mattress we'll have to purchase for a long time. Thank you Brittany.

I just purchased my 3rd Sleep Number bed in 25 years. Each bed purchased was an upgrade. These beds are a unique sleep experience.nnBill at the Natick store was a true professional.nBill was friendly and allowed us to enjoy relaxing on the displays of mattresses. No pressure and he took great pleasure showing us the new features of the Sleep Number beds.nMy wife and I purchased the dual adjustable P8 with foot warmer technology. It's being delivered and set up next week.nnThank you Bill !
Very very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Larissa was Super. Explained everything. Was a low pressure selling and informative.nnWe are going to buy but after house is built.
Terrible experience. Purchased a bed and bed frame, however when it was delivered they delivery men didn't even try to get it into the house and just stated that it would not fit. Customer service did not care at all. Go anywhere else for a bed. What you think it's comfortable is really just overpriced lies and terrible customer service.
