Super friendly staff, really comfy loungers, very customizable. We got two of the big guys, 2 ottomans, 2 long supports, 2 U supports, and a gamer chair. Love them! They're great for my husband's back issues!
Jonathan at the Natick store was amazing. We went in knowing we wanted a max and he helped us pick colors. We ended up also buying the u shaped pillow and the neck warmer. What a nice, helpful guy. We’ll be back for more!

Amazing store, even better prices. Employees were nice and very funny, even played around with the beanbags with you. I've gotten 2 Yogibos from there so far, and hope to get more. I would definitely give it more than 5 stars if I could!!
