I made an appointment but don't use the website. You have to call your appointment in. I have been looking for a good nail place for 2 years since I moved to Alabama and I have finally found one. So, excited. I have been to multiple places and different nail techs and Bellagio is the absolute best. Everything was perfect. They shaped my nails the way I like them. No flaws. The pedicure was well worth the money. The massage was great. Yes they are pricey but they are the best in Tuscaloosa.

Lorie is my GIRL. She has been doing my nails for over a year now. She takes her time, knows and listens to the shape and color I request and she is hilarious. She remembers my sister's name, my daughters name and offers me water. It's the little things that make a difference as a paying customer and I appreciate her professional skill and her personality. I advise you schedule an appointment and don't walk in, they are busy because they are GOOD.

Loved the experience!! VERY nice and welcoming employees. It was a quick service, and nice prices compared to others places I have been to.

The work is decent but the wait is horrible. Was there for a pedicure and a fill in. The wait at first wasnt bad but they did the pedicure and I sat there for about an hour before the tried to seat me for my fill in. Was in there for 2 hours for just a pedicure. I just paid and left Only go if you have hours to waste.

I used to come here about 2 years ago and stopped because I would make an appointment a week in advance and show up and have to wait 30+ minutes. I tried this place again today and made an appointment. I came for my time and have now been waiting for 30+ minutes again. The customer service isn’t that great and they are not following COVID restrictions and guidelines. They have signs that say “no mask no service” but have customers around the salon being served with no mask on. I gave Bellagio a second chance but I won’t do it again.
