So I made my daughter an appointment online for 2:15. Then just received an email saying it was canceled due to her being booked???? What a joke. We always go there to cut my kids hair. We won’t anymore. What’s the point of making an appointment if they’re just going to cancel you?????
Graceful place to travel for purchasing items most in need of.
We stood there at the front for over 10 minutes and both ladies looked right at us and never did greet us or took our names or anything. They should have said something. This was total not professional to greet the customers and leave them just standing there. I am a store manager myself and I would not have stood for this. We just waited long enough and and left. Will not return.
