Kathy has been working with me doing body sculpting. I can really see a difference!! Then she let me have a spa day and added a massage!!! Wow!!! It was amazing and she found tense muscles in my. neck and back that needed her magic touch!! I will definitely be adding massage to my life!! Her shop is very private and comfortable. A hidden treasure in Cullman!!

I’ve had issues with my neck and shoulder for a few years now. Been to multiple massage therapists that have eased my tension some but after my first visit with her it was completely gone. Today I went in with cold and sinus symptoms and she added fire cupping to my 90min massage. I felt 100x better ever since. I’m so glad to have found her, SHE IS TRULY THE BEST!

Looooved this place! Kathy was able to work around my schedule, which is already a huge plus for me. I work long hours for most of the week, so it can be difficult to find services. She was very accommodating. The massage experience itself was absolutely excellent. I usually prefer male masseuses, because I enjoy firm massages, but Kathy was masterfully able to combine strength and grace. She truly has magic hands. As a person who loves casual massages and has been to dozens of clinics in several states, I can honestly say Kathy is one of the best. Highly recommended!

Kathy Terrell is an amazing massage therapist! She truly has magic hands! I strained a muscle in my upper back/shoulder area and could hardly turn my head or move my arm. After Kathy worked on me, I had no pain and I could freely turn my head and move my arm. She has given me relief from overworked/overused muscles, stress and tension, and plantar fasciitis. I highly recommend Kathy at Selah!
