Wanted to get an sns repair. Was told that they didn't have the color. Asked to see colors but never did. Tried to give them one last try, but this will definitely be the last time!
First of all, don't make your clients wait. Second and more importantly, SPEAK ENGLISH TO YOUR CLIENTS AND ACT LIKE THEY REALLY MATTER! Third, don't jabber, jabber, jabber on the phone to someone while you're supposed to be serving me. Fourth, be friendly & welcoming. Everybody acted so nonchay.
I will not being going here again . I went in & they sat me down and I waited over 30 minutes just to get my nails off and then finally somebody came & started working on my nails and then he left and I waited 5 more minutes and a female came and finally finished working on my nails.I left & looked at my nails and they are crooked. They are very unprofessional and they kept getting on their phones. Very disappointed.
I was there 25 mins and they put someone in front of me That's not good service
Went there during my lunch HOUR out of desperation because I wasn’t able to go to my usual classy place. I left after 45 minutes of not being acknowledged, while an employee sat in a massage chair eating an apple and watching tv. I will let a hobo nibble my cut down before I go back to this clown show.
