I stop here on road trips. My favorite drink is always made exactly right at this location.... always delicious! This is always a concern for me at other locations. The employees here are always pleasant and brighten my day. I look forward to stopping at this location.
Starbucks employees are absolutely fabulous in almost every store I have been to. Turkey pesto panini and nitro cold brew with sweet cream is my jam. Lol! Blueberry and cranberry scones are also great together with the almond croissants.
Love this location!! EVERY time I visit, the staff are suggestive, helpful, enthusiastic, and so pleasent to converse with. Whether you are the only customer, or in a line of 100, they are patient and understanding. I visit ST Clairsville and Kroger locations often, but the highlands location is BY FAR the most outstanding when it comes to customer service. Always making customers believe you want to be at work is a huge plus.. Thank you to all of the employees in this location!!
Got my Great coffee, got my breaakfast wrap... and the most beautiful smile I could see through a facemask gave me a Iced Caramel Cofee too..nnLove you guys in Starbucks !
