WOW, I seen the commercial for their flat bread pizza had to try. AMAZING AMAZING really good. Keep up the good work excellent customer service. Yall are awesome.
Stopped here on our way to Cumberland MD from Columbus. The people didn't seem to know what they were doing. Took ages to make the food and then put it behind a pillar and didn't say it was ready so there my husband stood waiting for it.
I placed two orders while at Panera Bread today. Both were prepared incorrectly. The first was missing an item and prepared as to go when I had ordered dine in. The second was missing several items. I had to point out to the preparer on the order sheet he was using what he was missing.
Super nice wait staff and I was totally impressed that they donate their extra bread / bagels to a good cause when they finish for the day. I don’t know if all Paneras do that, but that is a wonderful thing!!nnAlso, unlike the gentleman below, the young ladies taking our order were able to tell me about the vegan options, so maybe they changed that.
Nice place friendly staff. Healthy food choices that taste great.
