Timothy Koeller was thoughtful & caring. Really appreciated his compassion.

My mom and dad bought their 2 person mausoleum crypt, back in the 70's by making payments. Mom died 10 years ago and daddy died this May. The staff here are fabulous! When mom died they were so kind, we did a same day burial..no service.per our parents request..they allowed us time to gather around for awhile, the men stood back. They offered us condolences, which was so sweet and comforting and it was heartfelt.nWe stayed while the workmen took the marble slab off and slide the casket in..so gently, like she was someone special.nThen when daddy passed he was in SC they waited for him to be transferred and brought to the cemetery. We did the same thing as mom. Once again so much respect..it nearly brings me to tears writing this..I live in Charlotte NC and this is the first time I will be unable to put flowers in their urn..thank God for my Mother-in-law...she doesn't have a key to the mausoleum, so I called the office and told her my situation..she was so caring it was almost like getting a hug thru the phone. I love the fact that the mausoleum is locked at certain times it keeps it safe. My husband's grandparents are buried there and several other relatives. We have walked the cemetery many times, it is beautiful and well keep. And the statues are absolutely beautiful!! And tasteful. My husband and I have decided to be buried there.. We can be buried in my family graveyard of course for free, I will split my ashes...but I want to be near my parents too..and after seeing how this place make loved ones feel..I want that for my children and loved ones too.

It's very beautiful & very well kept up. The staff are very nice, caring & understanding. I have quite a few family members buried there & I love it. They are very respectful. I highly recommend them. :)

Went to see my mamaw's grave that I haven't seen in 27 years.... The place was beautiful.... I couldn't believe how much it has changed.... I have a lot of family buried there and I couldn't be happier than to have them right there... The staff was so nice and so helping and the manager went above and beyond to help us... I know my family is well take care of.... Gonna to return in October to visit again....

Negative from the get go. The prices are higher than across the country and their demands are much. Upkeep is horrible. I buried my son Sept. 24, 2013 and in less then 2 months his grave has been desecrated by the cemetery itself. One of their big equipment ran over grave and there today is a hole 2ft long and 6 inches deep and may have destroyed my son's urn if even in there now, as original hole not deep. Was told a work order in process, but no satisfaction as to when will be completed. Grandview has a monopoly there. Place my son next to his aunt, otherwise would NEVER recommend there. And for the day of burial, my son lived in other state so just had gravesite, family, the workmen just leaned on shoveled and never moved and as we turned our back started shoveling the dirty back in the grave so before we got to cars they were just about finished. No Respect. Only interest since they are a chain in the ever loving dollar. How sad and with that they do not care since you have paid your bill, its almost, as Bury at your own Risk!
