been trying since sept 2019 to get 4 numbers engraved on my dads headstone & a refund of the difference between a full burial and a cremation burial. my parents PREPAID for these years ago. Have spoken to Donavon more times than i care to count and he has told me more LIES than i should have ever heard. I even talked to the district manager and heard his LIES.nI have filed complaints with BBB & WV Attorney Generals Office. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE !!! they also own several cemeteries close by.

First let me say what a disappointment this place is! My grandmother has been buried there for 3 years and still just has rocks and dirt, NO GRASS! Today we went to bury my uncle and there is a huge crack in the vault ( which was discovered last night by family and made the cemetery aware, there are pictures) water just pouring in due to storm, so when asked about it we were told it had been patched and what more did we want because they couldn’t help that it rained!! Ummmm A NEW VAULT!! I could not believe how rude the maintenance men were to my family and I would not recommend buying plots for your loved ones here!! Now we know why they are always 50%off!!

Words can't describe how well we were treated by Forest Memorial! The people were so very gracious, caring and helpful during our most difficult time. They went above and beyond to make our time of sorrow and loss so much better. You will not be disappointed with the stellar service you will receive.

6/29/2019 This summer (2019) the cemetery is doing a horrible job of upkeep for grounds. I called earlier last week and the gentlemen told me that he had no excuse that the help was taken to another cemetery to because they had no help. I went there today and they only mowed maybe two thirds of the cemetery. They have not trimmed or weed eated around the monuments for I would say a month. There are some grasses around the stones two feet high. Maybe the other cemetery needed help. But there are loved ones at this cemetery. They deserve the attention and respect as much as any other sister cemetery. We lost our son the day after last Christmas. We ordered a memorial marker and it was installed the week before the Memorial Day holiday. Since it has been install the grass around it and other markers and monuments are in deplorable condition. There is another sister cemetery close to my house and I pass it two or three times everyday. It's always in pristine condition. Management needs to get control of this issue and fix it ASAP.nn7/5/2019 I have driven by the cemetery every day and nothing has been done at all. Looks like I'll be making a trip with my weedeater and trim myself.nnBTW, no one from the general manager's office has bother to contact me. I've emailed twice and no response either time.nnI'm very disappointed with your respect you have for your families.
