White chapel cemetery of barboursville wva, has been my family’s go to for being buried. I recently lost my daughter back in November 2020. It was and still the hardest thing on me. A huge shout to Kimberly Hammonds for being there for me with kind words helping me cope with the lost of my daughter. I called there one day with concerns with my daughters fresh grave Kimberly told me I don’t need to worry She will get everything taken care of. She is true with her words and she did just that. Kimberly Hammonds is amazing worker and I appreciate her more then she will ever know. I’m one very happy customer when I get to speak to her. Thank you Kimberly!!!!

Kimberly Hammonds Employeed at Barboursville wva location of white chapel cemetery. She has helped my family out so much with straightening out our grave sites, to making sure my sister that passed away back in November 2020 Had her grave sitenFixed into a proper way, she even had it fixed where she was able to place down a temporary markernOn my sister grave until our family can get the permanent marker down for the grave. KimberlynDefinitely goes beyond and above for her customers.nYou can say she definitely loves what she does. I’m sure her job is not no cake walk and very stressful. She does it with so much compassion and a big smile on her face you’d never know if she was having a bad day at work. Thank you Kimberly for being so good to our family!!! :)

I ordered a stone for my plot last summer and I still don’t have confirmation that it has been installed. It is almost Christmas! It should not take this long.nIt is now January and I am still waiting. I was told it should be installed before Christmas.nStone and plaque installed. However, vase still missing. Still waiting for final work. 01/14/21n01/21/21. Finally everything was installed this week and all looks good. I updated to 2 stars instead of one due to the length of time it took to install.

My father and mother are buried in the Veteran’s Cemetary. I have complained three times that the vase at their grave sight is lodged in crookedly. I have been assured three times that it would be fixed. It has not been fixed. Also, their grave is full of water. How can this be when they are buried on a knoll? And why has this problem not been corrected? My dad is a WWll veteran. I’m sure he didn’t intend to have his body emerged in water on dry land! This is a very poorly maintained cemetery with roads that need paved, grounds that are poorly kept, and old flowers that are not removed from the graves. I would not recommend this place and am happy I nor my husband will not be buried there.
