It's arranged differently than most Krogers I've been to. I don't understand the logic. But I always find what I need, including some premium food items.

afterwaiting for cachier to finish gossiping with customer I understand there was limit on pop purchase which was no problem there was two of us there but when she is to lazy to reach over to scan cases I handed her my money. for first order after she rang up second order an I handed her money for second order she replied she needed to hand my husband the change it was policy but was ok to take money from me I'm sorry but this was stupid.
Awful awful experience. Called asking about an item that I have been searching for and was greeted awfully. He was a smart rear about it and refused to connect me with someone that could help. I am a grown woman and I will definitely not have a man speaking to me like he has better things to do or with an attitude. answering phones, providing service and helping people with the store is his job. I will be in contact with the manager and corporate.
I went to get formula for my 5 month old daughter around 530 am because we just ran out. They would not let me in even after I explained it says online they are 24 hours. On the door there was a handwritten sign that said closed from 12am to 7am. If you're going to say 24 hours online don't deviate from these hours. This is obvious bad business.
