I'm giving 2 stars because the food has potential to be good. Unfortunately I have not been impressed by the service at the drive through. On my most recent visit, I waited for several minutes at the window, after paying for my or. I assumed that my food was being cooked while I was waiting, so I waited patiently, expecting fresh hot food. Unfortunately, both my fries and my burger were barely lukewarm. I MIGHT give the dining room a try, but I seriously doubt I will bother with the drive through again.

Brought my daughter to eat some lunch in the go. I ordered the garlic burger and she got the kids burger. We both asked for pickle to be added to each. When we received our food, both of our burgers had ONE SINGLE PICKLE on each. ONE!! The garlic burger was put together so poorly that all of the garlic butter was all over the wrapper and the bun. I couldn’t hold it. Had to pull over to eat, thus, negating the “on the go” lunch. The taste was good of course, but the entire order was made by a very lazy individual.

My boyfriend and I went to get some milkshakes. My boyfriend has a few allergies but wanted a milkshake. I simply asked if they could clean the milk shake machine before they make his milkshake and they told us they couldn’t do that. I work at an ice cream shop and make milkshakes daily. Unless it’s a different milkshake machine, we can clean ours before and after every milkshake easily. I was very disappointed and we went to sheets instead. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

This time experience visiting customer service was not too good. steak burger was the worst I've had! buns hard, Burgers thin as paper, like it been sitting all day under a heat lamp. time before food was great if food is going to be like that good one-time bad another would not recommend employees not taking pride in their work
