I had an appointment for a couples massage for Valentine's day. I found out the location was closed because I called to notify them that I would be running five minutes late. That's when the lady on the phone told me that she was sorry and they were closed. I told her I wished she would've notified me so that I could make other arrangements but all she said was sorry. I would definitely follow up with them if you plan on making an appointment, especially if it is for a special occasion.

YouYou is the BEST!!! She is so nurturing, professional, her movements are very smooth in transition, the pressure is perfect, she hangs from the ceiling and walks on your back! She is the reason I go there once a week!
