They listen carefully to your instruction and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommend. Vicki is awesome and Management oversees and makes sure you are happy. Quality work.

I really enjoy coming to this place. I love getting my pedicure, manicure and I can even get a drink to enjoy a massage. Usually there is no wait and the customer service is great. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars was because there are no prices posted or given, so I always have to confirm what was charged as there has been mistakes on my receipt several times. Other than that, I really enjoy it!!

I've been going to Organic Nails for 3 years but since the pandemic hit and they reopened in March quality has really going down. They either rush through your nails or take 2 plus hours (and still don't look that great) there is no happy medium. Last month i went to get Christmas nails-showed the tech the picture, she did not match the color and proceeded to argue with me after I told her the color wasnt right. Against my better judgement I went back to get my new years nails done, showed the tech (different women) a basic french ombre with glitter on the tips in a coffin shape. I got there at 930 and left at 1230 ( got seated right away) other technicians finished clients and I was still being worked on.70 dollars later.... My nails look less than stellar. The shape was awful. I just wanted to get out of there and I had been there for 3 hours already. I called the manager to explain my dissatisfaction she told me to come back and they would try to fix the shape. I went back and she had the same tech(ud83dude44) try to fix the shape. I needed a pedicure, this morning I went to Beverly Nails on university right across from Tiffs treats they are FABULOUS and have just as many color options as organic. They are clean and their customer service is phenomenal. I recommend you go there and stay away from Organic if you want the value of your dollar.

I’m confused at all the negative reviews. I loved my nails.I loved being served wine and snacks. The nail tech was professional and friendly. I can’t wait to bring my daughter with me for a mommy and me date in their cute hello kitty chairs.
