Vitalogy Skincare - Georgetown

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the medical service we receive at Vitalogy of Georgetown, Texas. Dr. Cabrera and her staff are a formidable medical team who work in concert to ensure every medical recommendation and procedure is based on competence, super professional skill sets, and a genuine care for the patient. On Dr Cabrera recommendation I was treated for numerous skin cancers using the blue light procedure. Initially I was hesitant to agree to this type of treatment. Dr. Cabrera’s stern, steadfast insistence the blue light treatment was best for my condition motivated me to agree to the procedure. I am so thankful that Dr Cabrera was persistent in pushing me to have this treatment done. As to the staff: they are well trained, disciplined, and friendly. I have observed this team many times. They are constantly cross training each other. Every step is explained to each staff member over and over until they instinctively know what is going to be expected on every procedure. When you arrive in your room, everything is laid out, in a specific order, for your visit that is needed to perform the procedure. There is no running around looking for an item the doc will need or is required for that visit. I seen these exact same disciplines in multiple previous surgeries. Dr Cabrera, the PA and assistants are a highly competent team whom my wife and I have absolute trust in.

Dr Jones and Natalia were awesome! Prompt, informative, and professional. Great review and their patient portal contained perfect notes related to all the review he did.

Experience is always great when Dr. Jones takes care of me. All the staff is always professional and friendly! Also a shout out to Kim in the triage department. She is awesome and a pleasure to speak with! She made things simple when having general questions pertaining to procedure costs and how things are handled with insurance thru Vitalogy. I am so glad I went to Vitalogy. I saw Abby McReynolds at the Georgetown location. She had extensive knowledge on my skincare issue, and explained my options in depth. I was hesitant about seeing a PA because of previous negative experiences with them (at other dermatology offices - NOT Vitalogy), but I genuinely felt like I was in the best hands. Abby had me beyond impressed by her professionalism, expertise, ability to explain complex issues, and her patience. Vitalogy and their staff is so much better than any dermatologist office I’ve been to in the past. Can’t say enough good things about my experience and the provider (Abby) that I saw!

Dr. Cabrera is fantastic! She is very thorough and encourages questions. She is also very personable. What a great experience.
