I worked with Mary and she was delightful and and great listener. It started with my consultation which she listened to my story of a history of skin issues and recommended the the VI peel. I told her I received it before and she told me that there is follow up required after the procedure which I didn’t receive before. I’ve called her out and about shopping for skin products and she answered gracefully and made time to give suggestions. I highly recommend Mary. She is what I’ve been looking for in the dermatology field for such a long time and I am grateful I met her. Thank you Mary.
OMG I can’t thank Natalie enough. I had a bad Botox experience at Muse MedSpa in Westlake. They refused to fix it, preferring to let it just wear off. I had a terrible headache that wouldn’t go away, and I wanted to hide my face. I went to Natalie at Laser Lounge and with 7 units of Botox she injected just right and fixed my face!!!! No headache and my eyebrows are perfect. She is a wizard!!! Testament of her knowledge of both symmetry and anatomy. I will only go to her from now on.
The staff at Laser Lounge is very sweet and helpful. Natalie does a great job on brows!
Mary has been my esthetician for over 7 years and she sets a VERY high bar!! I moved out of town and after a few years returned because she offers the most cutting edge services!! I trust her explicitly!!
