Annie was AMAZING! We had a slight mix-up with my reservation (I booked a 2 hour but it was scheduled as a 90min) but she was so nice and apologetic. She called her manager to see what could be done since there was a booking after mine and offered a discount for the trouble.nnShe definitely made the most of the 90 minutes. I have never felt more relaxed and tension free. I highly recommend going here and I will be making this my monthly massage location from now on.
This place is amazing! A tiny gym in a corner of a shopping strip. Anna is wonderful! I'm winds in for some neck pain as I had a car accident a few years ago. It made a huge difference right of way and they were able to schedule me an appointment very quickly

Hate to give this review because I don't want too many people taking up my time slots. Annie is one of the absolute best massage therapists I have ever had the pleasure. This facility is very nice and private rooms instead of the area norm of one large room. Very competitively priced. You will not be sorry going to Shiatsu Renu.
Leanne is awesome!! Book her.. I was just visiting Dallas for 2 weeks and I had to make 2 trips to her, she made me feel like I'd been knowin her for months. She even remembered me on my second visit and knew exactly what I was getting.
