EDIT: personally haven't been to any Kohls in a while by choice/isolation.nThis Kohls is awesome! I needed to do an Amazon return! It was the easiest process. I had my return slip printed out already so it made it a tiny bit faster it seemed. Great customer service!

I was there near closing time and weren't a lot of people there but still had to wait in line quite a while to check out. Asked someone on floor for help but had trouble understanding her. No other staff were on the area to ask.

Kohl's is a great place to shop and the Southlake kohl's is awesome! The smiles, greetings, the folks that work on the floor are great help and the nice bilingual folks to help with those who don't speak English is so great! Thank you Maria for the help and for the hard work it's awesome to shop in this store. Mr. Greg also a great person and Manager he is very helpful and does not just point in the direction of the things your looking for. He takes the time to walk you right to the item or items that you are trying to find. That's customer service. Thank you all from Kohls for making a shopping expiriance a great one!!

I went to Kohl’s in Southlake. Rhonda helped me attempt to locate the item I am searching for. She was kind, helpful and went above and beyond to help me. She is an excellent employee.
