Jacinda is so knowledgeable about the body! She knows about every tiny muscle and can follow pain back to its source, making sure she doesn’t miss any little details that might be contributing to your issue. She makes great suggestions of things you can do at home to help, and I’ve honestly never received more benefit from a massage therapist before. I love that it’s interactive and she tests range of motion before and after so I can see the difference and that I’m learning so much about the way my body works through her.
This is a great place for back, shoulder and neck work. I had no idea of how limited in motion I was until Jacinda relieved the tightness. She also gave me great information on herbal supplements and other OTC remedies.
Jacinda was absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable about the body. I felt so much better when I left. She took her time and really focused on my needs. I am already looking forward to my next massage.
