Love your body and get a massage. This location has been the only one I've consistently gone to and service is excellent!
While the customer service was great, the massage was just okay. I was clear with what my concerns but I did not get the results needed. I had excruciating neck and back pain and was hoping to get it resolved. I walked out with the same pain, and informed them that I was still hurting. I was told to use a ice pack or heating pad when I got home. I’m disappointed because I spent my money thinking that I would get my issue fixed, but it’s still here. I feel like I’ve wasted my money and my time. And I’m still trying to rub the pain out myself.
Great friendly staff. Always a good experience. Azuka is one of the very best massage therapists I have had. And Sharon gives a great, relaxing facial.
This location has a great customer service. I had a situation come up and Ingrid was amazing. She was able to take care of my needs and resolve my situation easy, fast, politely and very professionally. The employees are very polite as well. The massages are always great no matter which masseuse I get.
So happy to be a member! Worth every penny. My most recent visit was with Sharon the esthetician, she knows her skin 101! Received a 1 hour microdermabrasion session and left feeling like I had a new face! I’ve had multiple massages from this location and each massage therapist took the time to talk about my concerns and how they were going to address them. Front desk staff is super friendly and never any pressure to buy product.
