They have been so respectful and great through this whole process. We laid our baby to rest in lullaby land a few days ago and would just like to say Chris Jimenez has been extremely courteous and nice.
This used to be such a nice graveyard. Weeds and dry grass has taken over. I have several family members and friends here and out of respect they should take better care of the grounds. Thieves stole several urns and families were not compensated although they did catch the culprits. Sad. very sad.
If you are going to change the code to the mausoleum door you should at least let the owners of the spaces know about it. Here is the holidays and we try to go visit and change the flowers but we can't get in. There is no staff on the premises and the note on the door says you are closed until after Christmas. Thanks a lot!
The staff and the company is absolutely horrible. You DO NOT want to use their services unless they are already purchased. We have had 3 family members that have been buried with them and each time they were equally awful. The only reason they were laid to rest there was because it was already paid for. Their staff AND management is rude, inconsiderate, uncooperative, and inconsistent. We ended up moving 3 of our plots to another cemetery because of these issues.
I went on July 4, 2016 to visit my son at the children's section. I was unable to find his grave. It is not marked with anything. I was told I could go in so the staff could show me the location. Not everyone can afford a stone. Why not have the grave site marked? I feel horrible when I Left. I just cant believe that all site aren't marked.
