Store is clean and organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. The selection and prices are the same as any Bed, Bath, and Beyond which is nice because you know what you're going to find there. I have to say when I went the other day I found some amazing sales, and then I had coupons in my email and was able to use 3 of them at once. Love this! Most places only allow one coupon or discount code per transaction. I ended up saving at least 50% of what I would have spent.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! I called to simply say I could not pick up an order today as I am in Fort Worth and the weather is bad. They sent a message so I responded as requested. The man who answered the phone was rude as if I was bothering him. He said nothing he could do. Then why request a customer call???
Mandy has amazing customer service and is always helpful.
Low stock. Better off purchase online.
