This store brand was originally called Grossman's Outlet this was my first time visiting this location it's not appealing to me I went to look at cabinets some of them were dirty old looking like they've been on display for yrs the salesperson he really didn't wait on us I had to keep approaching him to ask questions he was busy wrapping a order up with plastic wrap the last time I went to the Walpole location the salesperson the minute we walked in he gave us eye contact and he said welcome to Home Outlet he let us look around he came over to us to help us out didn't even have to ask that was the opposite in Malden so I prefer the Walpole location it's a bigger store I've been going there for yrs the Braintree and Roslindale locations they are closer to my home but they have been closed for a while now
They are friendly and reasonable prices
If your not a contractor they don't care anything about you. Like pulling teeth asking then questions and that's when you can even find them. Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE
I'm glad to see they fixed the entry way after my mother fell and hurt her let. Other than that they have quality products
Low price and good service. I was able to find the windows I want for a very affordable price. Store looks cheap but if you don’t care much about this and saving money is your goal, highly recommended to check out this outlet. The store manager Dave is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
