It takes three months for me to bring my order disappointed

This furniture store is awesome. The customer service was excellent. Thank you to all the staff, especially Mike he wa so helpful and went beyond to help me.

Had a good experience with the sales people in the store. I got recommended to go there to buy my mattress. I ended up buying more than I needed to because the prices are good!

Worst place to buy furniture. My mother came in to pick out couches they weren’t opening up to the public until June 15th we waited a month to finally look at furniture for our new home. We fine a few pieces she liked. The gentlemen said there was only 1 left on the floor and that they would clean it and have it in perfect condition. My mother was iffy but she agreed. Then they said we’ll you have to wait until the second week of July for delivery and a charge so we decided to pick it up. We let them know we would pick it up a few days in advance and they agreed on a time and that they would wrap it perfectly. My mother went in with someone to help her bring the couches. She saw that the couches as still on display and that apparently there was 2 more in the warehouse so the guy mislead her to believe there was only one wasn’t wrapped she had to wait for them to wrap the brand new one. The lady at the front was very rude and unhelpful the manager was not willing to help wrap the couches in our truck... When she arrived with the couches at our home there was missing parts and when we card the guy that answered was rude and said well they are there check check and were like well no it’s not only some are there not all of them. Now when I return to the store he tells me the one on display was sold which doesn’t make sense and that we have to wait 1 week for the parts to come in. Mind you the brand new couch has torn corners which was wrapped .... he said it will take 2 months for the fabric to come in to instal to fix and they can’t give us new couches.. so unexceptable the level of customer service from when I came in the first time vs when we picked up was a total 360 . I was recommended here I do not recommend this place to anyone. But they were quick to take my money in full.
