Very friendly like going there for laundry detergent and Christmas trees

As usual no sales associates around to help anyone

tdlr; This is a store where you can expect to lose a lot of time, not get the products you ordered, be lied to about refunds, and potentially contract a deadly virus.nnPlaced an order of curbside pickup. No one came to help me for 20 minutes, and Home Depot staff passing by said I should just continue waiting in the spot. I eventually called the store itself and was put on hold for another 15 minutes. The person who finally answered was apologetic, but then took 10 minutes to bring out the order, which was incomplete. She stood very close to me without wearing a mask and occasionally spitting as she explained the situation; when I backed away, she stepped closer. She eventually went back in to look for the rest of the order, and after waiting another 10 minutes, I called the store to tell them I needed to leave. The associate came out with the wrong item, and I told them to just forget it and refund that part of the order. They promised to do so right away, but lied about that. Called the Home Depot customer service line, and even they had a difficult time getting a hold of the store. But after 30min of trying, the phone rep was eventually able to connect with the store and supposedly get them to process the refund. I would strongly discourage individuals from doing curbside pickup here, and caution that employees are clearly not complying with the current Massachusetts guidelines for wearing masks or social distancing.

Just what you'd expect. Good stuff, good prices.

They had the kind of lumber I was looking for, while another did not. Reason enough to like it.
