Talking with Rick Harper at the Everett, MA location was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had over the phone from a customer service standpoint. Super polite, friendly, and spoke in a manner where I felt valued and cared for. I appreciated his knowledge about products and his solutions for getting product delivered to my address. Thanks Rick! Had the BEST most amazing experience at mattress firm. Gregory the sales person was amazing. I got there and he knew exactly what I wanted and best of all, after coming from Adams furniture in Everett from getting a refund because they were taking FOREVER to deliver my mattress and base. Gregory was super understanding, got me everything I wanted and even got some amazing prices and an upgrade on both. Adams furniture told me they would not be able to deliver anything till September 26. Mattress firm already scheduled me for the 4th. Paid less at mattress firm, free delivery and got better items. Gregory was amazing, what a great sales associate and member of the company. Please don’t waste your time and go to mattress firm. So so so so happy!
Completely happy with this store.nnSales team was patient and helpful. When I had a problem with my initial bed, there was no hassle getting it resolved.nnDelivery and setup guys were punctual, professional, and friendly. Everyone was careful about health concerns during my home visit.nGreat job everyone.
This was the 1st place i went to look for a new mattress, i had looked online but obviously wanted to test anything before i purchased. Rick Harper was great at explaining the different mattresses & asking me questions about what i wanted & how i slept. He wasn’t pushy & gave me time to test multiple mattresses.
This store had a good selection and customer service was excellent. Our salesperson, Gregory, gave us all the information we needed about the different beds and encouraged us to try everything. It nice to be able to shop without being pressured. They set up a delivery for only two days away so we didn't have to wait which was perfect! Also, they were great about ensuring everyone wore masks and they disinfected all the mattresses. It was nice to see them taking all the precautions to keep everyone safe during this pandemic.
