Its always good to have good employees it will always be recognized by the customer. There was a mistake in my quantity of my scripts. These young ladies stayed after closing to correct and did not make me feel like it was a hassle at all. I do know we all have lives outside of work this time they showed that customer satisfaction was more important and that makes me so happy! Thanks ladies! Now I will survive another day! Lol
Diem Huynh and her staff are THE BEST. Customer service at this location has always been what keeps me coming back. They are always helpful, fast, and so kind. Everyone on staff that I have asked questions of has been very knowledgeable. They really are a great team that always go above and beyond to make our experience great. Thank you all so much.
Pharmacist Diem Huynh and her staff provide excellent customer service at the Riley Fuzzel location. They are always pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to answer questions or explain important information concerning a prescription. I highly recommend Diem and have total confidence concerning her pharmaceutical expertise.
Yesterday I visited the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I arrived at 1:32pm on 10/20/2018 to find out the pharmacy was checking out a customer, but wouldn’t check mine out. The other lady just stood there and pretty much said come back. She clearly could have checked me within a minute. I do not see a Lunch time displayed for the pharmacy. Are you seriously that understaffed and allow rude employees to turn away a customer. Customer service was so poor I would truly give your team a ZERO
I love the customer service the Diem provides. Always so helpful and knowledgeable.
