Use any pharmacy but Walmart!!! It's staff is nice, but it's system is horrible. Without fail they mess up transfers and make errors on refills.

This is the worst Walmart Pharmacy! They never have prescriptions field even though there app says ready for pick up for 3 Days! They have also renewed my sons prescription when I didn’t request it be renewed! I also had a run around between my doctor and this pharmacy the doctor office sent it over twice! They kept saying they didn’t have one so my doctors office sent over a new one then all the sudden I have two prescriptions ready for the same thing. I needed some pain medicine for dental work and when I asked how long it was going to take to be field the lady behind the counter shrugged and said “I don’t know, What are you planning on waiting for it.” I’m done with this pharmacy.

An hour before the pharmacy was closing for the night my drs office called in a new antibiotic prescription for me to wrong pharmacy (CVS). I found out about it but couldnt request the transfer myself. Called Walmart pharmacy and told them what happened. With less than an hour left in today's business hours the pharmacist was able to get it transferred to his store, fill it and called me to let me know it was ready. Still gave my husband time to go get it today before walmart pharmacy closed! So appreciative! Thanks!!

I have only had great experiences (other than the waiting time). Yesterday the Pharmacy Manager, Jake Johnston, took such great care of me even when my insurance processing was held up. Thank you Mr. Johnston!
