Pharmacy staff are courteous and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in accommodating a unique request I had . They've also always been very quick and accurate with my prescriptions.
Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Ask for Nathan and Dee. More questions? Ask the pharmacist, too! We've been regular customers for as long as there's been a Walmart pharmacy on Sawdust, first one side of the street and now the other!
Been good up to last week. One prescription not available for a week. Important med. went 4 days before loaner pills offered.
So I am a huge believer of costumer service especially because I work and give it to others ....I come in and always end up having the pharmacist Mr Patel he is the sweetest caring and concerned about his patients and everytime I come to get my meds I’m greeted well and he explains things and doesn’t make it about a paycheck your awesome me Patel you are noticed thank you
Terrible service. Super lazy staff. It always seems that no one there wants to do their job. They will lie to you saying they will contact your doctors office for refills (which they don’t) just to get you to leave. They literally look for any excuse possible to not fill your prescriptions. Cant even keep track of how many trips I’ve wasted going to pick up my meds that weren’t filled after being promised they would be ready. Very frustrating when you’re sick.
