I had a great experience here. The salesperson was friendly, patient and very helpful in helping me decide on new furniture. I purchased a new bedroom set, mattress and a new sofa for my living room. I love my new furniture. The delivery experience was phenomenal, the delivery guys laid down a red carpet in my entryway prior to bringing my new furniture into my home, very cool. The furniture was a great addition to my home. The furniture I purchased is of great quality. I enjoyed my shopping experience here and recommend this place to anyone looking for new furniture.

It was about 8:30, they were pretty much closed. The whole mall was. My baby sister, her boyfriend and my son were told to leave cause they were closed.nDidn't do anything.nNothing to say about this place.nWill try again next time I'm in the Houston area.
I went for Black Friday weekend and there was great deals for bras! Customer service was not there in the intimate department there was 3 older ladies and no one offered help and were just talking amongst themselves. At one point I got in line and an employee was checking out and taking her time talking to the employee checking her out about her weekend off and what she was gonna do and whatnot and handing her a lot of coupons and making sure her purchase had enough bags ... it was a long process where I felt like they didn’t care about other customers in line, it’s black Friday weekend ladies talk during lunch break.
I enjoy prowling around their cookware. They usually have good sales on shirts.
