They were professional and safe with all my furniture. The office was friendly and well managed up through most of the transaction. However, the movers never put down a 'time left office' or a 'time returned to office' on my receipt. I didn't do the math at the time, trusting them to charge me appropriately.nInstead I was charged 4 hours for a 2.5 hour job (3 hours min, which I understood). While I understand there's travel time, that's obviously not right. After several emails and a call, I was refunded half an hour (charged for 3.5 hours), implying that it took a whole hour to drive from the office (in Nashua) to my house (also in Nashua) and from the storage unit (Nashua) back to their office. A quick google search shows the total driving time from my locations to their office to be about 15 minutes. Maybe there was some additional travel time, but I doubt it was half an hour.nHowever, I can't really contest this because the movers didn't put any times down on my bill. I took the half-hour refund because clearly they need the money more than I do, but don't trust them to properly charge you. Make sure they put those numbers down and verify the travel times with the team. At a rate of 140/hour, that can be a pricey 'mistake'.

Recently I moved and had to pod things up with a last minute date change. College bound was great. The movers are hard working and determined, maybe even a little crazy with how much they carry at once. They are quick and have no desire to drag things out. I’ve used CB before and I would use them again.

Today was a great day! I moved into my first home and Sebastián, Shawn, and Jon made the move go as smoothly as possible! What a great experience from talking to Paul on the first phone call to the whole moving day experience. I would definitely use them again!
