It's a U-haul store. Very busy on weekends and if you're shopping for accessories you're pretty much on your own. I was looking for the center pin on the tow bar connecting to the trailer. They were out. Best place to find? True Value, Home Depot, Lowe's etc. in the nuts and bolts department or online.

The employees here are amazing!!! The level of customer service is unmatched. My experience with corporate-level Uhaul has been the worst. I dread having to call and connect with them and do any transactions because it always winds up being a disaster and a massive waste of time with failures to be able to deliver on their promises. That's where the local guys come in. They go above and beyond to ensure that they can make things happen in the wake of corporates' disaster. Ensuring they physically have the items and other locations are able to help out. The true value of this company lies in their employees and this location is always a pleasure. Polite. Helpful. Always quick to help fill the propane on my RV as well. Do not hesitate to visit in person and you will be well taken care of with no stress. I can't thank this location and the staff enough!

This place helped me get a U-Haul at the last minute when the place I originally booked one with said that they didn't actually have any when I got there. They provide good service.

We've used this Uhaul location several times and never had any problems. The trucks are clean, staff are attentive. They also helped us with a trailer hitch for towing one time. We'll gladly keep using this Uhaul.

I brought my 2017 Forester in for a 2” hitch installation. Dennis did an outstanding job! I was in and out of there in 45 minutes, including the hitch installation, wiring installation, and paperwork. Easiest car-related experience I’ve ever had.
