Life Storage on Spit Brook Road is a great storage place. I have never had a negative experience. Some of the many positive things that are important to me is the excellent customer service, and the facility is always clean and well lit.nDarlene is absolutely a delight to work with. She is knowledgeable and professional at all times. The majority of the time she answers the phone right away. Whenever I do leave a message she will return my call within minutes.nWhen I go to the facility, there is usually other people there. I'm proud to say the other tenants are great also. They would always ask if I need assistance and help put boxes in my car.nI would recommend them to anybody.
Darlene and Tabitha are the most patient women when assisting me with 2 Life Storage Units. They have created “Raving Fan” of me. Keep up the Good Good work ladies.
