The salesmen were great, but quoted me 6-8 weeks on shipping. I went when Covid was very much so a big thing and wasn’t a surprise so the management should have known shipping would take way longer. I’ve now been waiting over 3 months and had multiple salesmen call me last week saying it would be in the warehouse this week and when I called today (end of the week) a snippy salesgirl told me “yeah it should be in this week.” It’s Friday! It’s the end of this week! If I knew I’d be waiting almost 4 months for a regular, nothing special sofa, I would have went elsewhere. They’re handling it very poorly.

Great selection of high quality furniture and helpful staff. Demetri was very personable and helped us pick out an excellent bedroom furniture set at a good price. We will definitely be going back for more in the future.

Best place to buy furniture. Gabriel was an awesome sales person. I was looking to buy a sofa with a Chaise. My sister and I went to the Manchester and Nashua locations. Both stores had excellent customer service.nWe also went to Jordan's and Bernie and Phyls which had terrible customer service nobody tried to help us the whole time we were there. If I ever need to buy furniture again Ashley Homestore will definitely be the place to go for great furniture and servicenGabriel took extra time and found that the sofa I wanted just came on the market with the Chaise. I called Ashley Furniture looking for a mattress on very short notice with pretty specific requests. The sales rep, Ash, went above and beyond to help get me what I wanted. I had heard from a few people that it’s really hard to find mattresses right now due to Covid, but I was able to get mine the same day since she searched the warehouse looking for the mattress I wanted. She even threw in two free memory foam pillows. The mattress seems like great quality so far and is extremely comfortable - I’ve never slept better! Highly recommended!
