Great experience! Irina was awesome. She took great care of us. She spent a few hours showing us all of the different custom options they offer. I would definitely buy here again.

Absolutely incredible customer service and talented designer. Irina assisted me and she was such a pleasure to work with! She searched and dug until she found the exact living room design that I needed. You can tell when people are willing to go that extra mile for you, she certainly did that here. We will be coming to this Bassett Design Center in Nashua location going forward.

I recently bought a house and walked into this design center hoping to hire someone to help me design multiple rooms in my home. Unfortunately the lady on site was extremely rude to both my mother and I. I absolutely love Basset and am so disappointed I was unable to schedule a design session or purchase anything. Next time I will try the Burlington location but hoping the staff is a bit friendlier.

I really can't say enough about my experience with Bassett Design Center in Nashua. Customer service was my profession, so I have extremely high expectations and can be tough to please. I was certainly not disappointed! Their staff, from Irina, my astonishingly great salesperson in their Nashua store, to Max in their warehouse, to our amazing delivery folks - just top notch in every regard!nIrina's design sensibilities are second to none. From just a couple of photos of my room, she helped me pare down Bassett's wide range of products, to the perfect few. The communication with the warehouse was timely and personable, and our delivery guys were very careful and courteous. They are my go-to store for any furniture needs. Highly recommended!

The store manager Irina called me personally and expressed that she was working hard to make new Bassett in Nashua a top notch facility. She offered to replace our sofa and get us one with a new fabric....at most discount possible! This really went above and beyond and is the service I was looking for. We met with her personally and picked out something that was durable and fit our needs better than the basket weave fabric did.nI am so impressed with the level of service they have provided. I will now recommend Bassett Design Center in Nashua to everyone. My only advice: make sure you speak to your representative about your lifestyle and durability needs so that you get a fabric that will last you!
